Guild Stronghold Starter Pack Backpack Problem

I purchased stronghold starter packs, and when opening them I guess I ran out of inventory space, one of the backpacks on my character Brillithrax@FatKidHatchets was auto equipped. I have never had this happened, now its bound to character and I would like it unbound. I have removed it and its sitting in my characters inventory at the moment. Thank you for your time.

    This is an issue for Customer Support. Nobody on the forums can help you with it. You will need to file a Customer Support ticket.
