Build on a budget?

I need help with a easy to use build, I dont have alot of AD and such for top-end gear and 800k ad+ relics, ect... im currently 2830 GS.

What would be a good build for me to use to compensate for my lack of high-end gear, but still be able to dish out damage and atleast get into the top dps score?

Currently useing:
Dragonflight assult sallet
Frostborn raid chest/ gauntlets
green-ranked headsman set
dragonflight raid boots
2/3 (no relic) demon lords immortality set
142 IL rings
berserkers gemmed exquisite elemental set

all my enchantments are rank 7+ azures
my enchantments are a normal negation on chest and lesser terror on weapon

my relics are
kessells spheres (purple)
wheel of elements (orange)
lantern of revelations (purple)
sigil of great weapon (purple)

id add a screen shot if I knew how to get it from my PS4 to my PC...

It's difficult to get highest DPS without highest gear. The trick would be to build something great on a budget and post it to show your achievement!

I hear Wicked Duck has an ilevel of about 3.3 and does tremendous damage. I'd like to see him post his build, i.e.
