1) All encounters have a 25% chance to proc Weak Grasping Roots if you have Trapper's Cunning on 5/5. Ratio of feat proccing also depend on your crit chance and how power triggering with additional DoTs(for example Seeker DoT with Gushind Wound). 2) Forestbond is WAI. Get on preview Seeker DoT from artifact offhand and use Gushind Wound on the back of dummy with will create a damage loop(this damage need crit to make benefits from Trapper's Cunning). 3) Trapper does benefit damage from only Weak Grasping Roots against CC immunity targets. Strong Grasping Roots are upgraded to Thorned Roots version and dealing 400% of weapon damage against CC immunity targets. 4) There are also a few powers with proccing Strong/Weak Grasping Roots(these ones what have this in tooltip).
