Fey Castle spawns to empty instance

I went to run Fey Castle a few times, I finished two runs, earned another portal stone from the ritual task, entered again within about 90 seconds of finishing, queued at the door to ride the mount and instead of being put on the trail on the mount I was spawned into the castle.

There were no mobs to clear and the boss was not there. I went to the end where the boss should be and exited through the yellow portal. The quest resulted in a failure and it consumed my portal stone...boo. I heard this happens on PC also.

I can confirm this happening on PC, on multiple occasions as I was grinding my lacking 25+ mats. Gyrion does that too. No info on Kabal (Lifeforged weapons are suboptimal for pretty much everyone in the game).

I ran into this issue once with Kabal as well. I think it spawned me into the boss arena, which of course was empty.
