Buddy Can't get on

So after the maintenance. buddy of mine tried logging in, and it lets him click play, lets him start to load and then says hes Disconnected and send him back to the starter screen. it happens on both of his characters. Not sure what he can do (Ps4)

    Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? We have tried logging on both characters, closing the app. Reloading. waiting hours and coming back. One character is attempting to load into stronghold and the other is attempting to log into protectors enclave. Like I said, it says loading and then stops and says disconnected and kicks him back to the play screen

    Has this been resolved? Has he filed a support ticket? Has he tried re-installing the game?
