I accidentally discarded an Eye of Lathander on my Xbox account. So I tried to go to support, but there seems to be no way to get to support. If I go to support.arcgames.com/app/games/list , it says it can't log me in (although I'm logged in to the forums).
There was another URL, but that one is unreachable. Firefox says it the URL is redirected incorrectly, and Edge just doesn't get there.
