Ik arm pen and tenancy is.

What other stats r except that?
What should be first focus on?
Power defense life steal deflection?

    Hp is huge, many heals are based on your max hp. Not to mention with piercing damage going around you'll need lots of hp to survive

    Indeed. Forgot about what looks more imp. Ty. Max guild with max boons is what we need morr on ps4.

    Inspect some of the monsters you meet in pvp. You will see a massive HP pool, high power, quite low conventional damage resistance ( they depend on the tenacity DR), average crit, very high armor pen, good deflect and life steal. That is the overall formula but some of the values differ based on class.
