Armor Kits question

Hello everyone. I have a question about those armor kits: do the IL bonus stack? Like if I apply one that gives me 20 IL then later another that gives 35 IL is 35 plus (55 total) or the 20 is replaced for the 35?

Also, if it stacks, is there a limit?

It replaces the previous kit.

However you can put them on all of your gear other than your weapons, so put one on head, arms, chest and feet.

is any chance to remove armor kit to use them in other armor?

Nope, once you apply them they are on there - so best thing to do is wait until you get armor you know you want to run for a while and then add armor kits
