OP 1% divine call energy every 3 seconds vs 1% AP 3 seconds

Am I missing something? Isn't the AP one the obvious choice? I's 1% divine call energy even noticeable at all? Seems niche. Would love for someone to tell me if im wrong

1% divine call is barely even visible on the meter, so is 1% AP though. Divine call is important but we have plenty of ways of generating it on the Justice tree. AP gain is the way to go between these 2 options.
