I was playing a bit on Preview to see what Powers will be influenced with putting points into Mighty Blade.
If someone has time to double check it would be appreciated.At-Wills that are AoE:
- Reaping Strike
- Wicked Strike
If you put points into Mighty Blade the tooltip will show the increase.--------------------------------
Encounters that are AoE:
- Not so Fast
- Mighty Leap
- Roar
- Punishing Charge
- Grand Fissure
Punishing Charge and Grand Fissure will NOT show the change in tooltip if you put points into Mighty Blade, but they are affected by it later in the calculation.--------------------------------
Dailies that are AoE:
- Spinning Strike
- Avalanche of Steel
- Slam
Slam will NOT show the change in tooltip if you put points into Mighty Blade, but it is affected by it later in the calculation.---------------------------------------
All other At-Wills/Encounters/Dailies are Single Target and are not affected by Mighty Blade

To summarize what is important:
Hidden Daggers and Weapon Master's Strike are not AoE attacks and they don't benefit from Mighty Blade.
Additional notes:
- Last hit of Sure Strike should be an AoE but I will need a confirmation on this. If it is then it's not affected by Mighty Blade per my tests. Unless there is some kind of condition that will trigger the AoE. If yes, please tell me so I can test it.

I'm unsure how to test the IBS AoE if a target is killed. Ideas would be welcome. Re-read the tooltip, there is no AoE when target is killed, only the Mark is added.

It's worth to test so that other people would know.
If there is a document that we could all refer to please tell us so that we can stop testing. And if you did some tests of your own I would love to see your results.
There a lot of people that come and go in this game. Things get buried, or posted in different places. Not to mention every new build of the game can make something more broken then it already is or veeeeery rarely fix something.
So test are needed always. Unless cryptic opens its math for the community.
1) Go on preview. Use a respec. Choose Swordmaster.
Put feat points like this
2) Put power points until you reach WMS and make sure you use these useless Class Feats (by useless I mean those that will not interfere with the test)
3) Remove all companions and all your gear, mounts also. Strip your character naked.
4) Buy the Test Weapon with fixed damage from the Woundrous Bazaar and equip it. (preview only)
5) Hit the dummy to see how much damage you are doing. One swing. Stop. Then another swing and stop. You can repeat that process until you are sure it is the same value every time.
6) Now that you have that covered put a point(s) into Mighty Blade.
7) Repeat step 5
8) If no change that means it's not affecting the power.
We made 10 fbi, party with the same members.
Using the same powers, the only difference: might bade.
5 times he beat me for over 150 million.
So I switched the load out to might blade, and the result was the same damage.
we need to test everytime they release a new module, patch notes cover big changes, now on mod 11b, it seems to work.
