Artifact problem

Hi

Brought the power heart of the dragon artifact and thought I could refine it into another power one. After spending around 150k ad getting it to lvl 59, after looking on the net you can't use this one.

Just wondering what's the best way to get rid of it as I won't every probably use it. Just sell for few coins?

    I'm not 100 percent sure you can't use it. for a very long time that particular arti was part of the dragon pack only. you coudl claim it over and over and that's why you can't use it to refine. it would have been a free feeder. but the permissions on yours are different if you bought it. open up refine on another artifact and see if it shows up as a possible feeder source. it won't even show up if you can't use it.

    that said. I do use mine on occasion when I'm going between different set ups. it's got decent stats. I used it as a main for a long while. I even levelled it to mythic. it is indeed a good rule of thumb to never discard an artifact.

    And it can be fun to intentionally aim to miss all mobs and proc Artificer's persuasion every 15 sec or so. That 75% reduced cooldown can be used for some fun to play odd builds.

    That said, they do need to fix the flag for the ones not from the Dragonborn pack. Rename it or something so that it can be used as a feeder, while the pack one would still not be able to be used.
