Heart of red dragon bug

Had a heart of red dragon artifact as a feeder leveled it to nearly legendary and game won't allow me to put it into my orcus set, apparently support tells me I have eat the cost of refinement and artifact lol smh.

Artifacts that can be reclaimed cannot be used as feeders. That's true of all of the class sigils as well as the red dragon article you get from the legendary dragon pack.

Sorry, but I think you don't have any good options to recover your RP here. But hey, you can use the red dragon article at mythic to run an arti-spam build if you happened to rank it on a support class (like a tank or a cleric)

That's true if it's from the dragonborn pack, this was from the trade house

Again one would think an artifact off the trade house could be used as a feeder so in supposed to be penalized because of an internal bug?
