Accidentally Sold or Discarded Special Item

New to Neverwinter, and found myself in a precarious position. Early on in the game I completed a quest called "Close to the Crown" which was given to me by "Zoey Fargo". Apparently as reward for completing this she gives you a bag called the "Adventurer's Knapsack". Being new and confused about what items were important in the game, I must have either sold or discarded the bag thinking it was worthless. What a mistake! I am now trying to figure out how to get the item back. I discarded or sold it several days ago, so the "buy back" function shows nothing in it when I check. I have reached out to support to help me, but I figured I would check with the community who has been playing for a while. Any assistance would be helpful. I can say for certain I won't let this happen again. Thank you in advance for taking the time to assist.

What level have you reached? It may be easier is discard the character and start over. IIRC, that quest is at the black Lake District, which isn't too far into the game.

Hey fearhodorwillie, I was a level 24 at the time that I wrote that article. I actually reached out to support and they were able to regenerate the item for me as a one time exception. They also let me know that if I was found to try and sell the item on the auction house that I would be in trouble, but obviously not looking to do that. So I have the bag back as of last night. The process was quick and painless, and I have certainly learned my lesson.

For anyone else who has this happen, reach out to support. They respond quickly and are excellent! One of the things I like the most about this game is the good support on the back end. Thanks for the support and thanks fearhodor for responding!
