Alchemy Glitch at level 9

I have attempted to complete the experiment at level 9 and have had no success, I have attempted the experiment over 40 plus times with no advancement. I had previously seen others reporting the same glitch. I have this glitch on two of my characters (@mallofin) . When will this glitch be fixed? The new masterwork items shown in the professions on the preview channel will require Alchemy and I will not be able to progress my professions and craft the new items that will be available at the next Mod. Please advise your plan to fix this bug and when can the community expect a fix. I have yet to see a date of possible fix for this bug.

    Unfortunately, this is due to a bug that happens anytime there is a double professions event. Your only recourse currently is to file a Support ticket. As this is a support issue, this thread is closed.
