[PC] ToS loot items bug

After defeating Syndrith in Temple of the Spider (non epic), the loot she dropped appeared as blank items with a default NW icon. Clicking on it makes the loot disappear but nothing is transferred to the inventory. Here is a screenshot of the bug:



Loosing a drop in ToS is a non-issue, but I though better to report it just in case the bug could affect epic dungeon's drops.

    Just had this same issue but in a cloak tower with last boss Vansi.

    This is happening is all the 3 person dungeons used in the Respen event. Along with no acceditation being given if its the daily queue dungeon. This has been listed in the bug report section but appears not to have been picked up by anybody from the dev side.

    Just spotted that the original post about bugs in the event is in the questions section not the bugs section. Will create new post on subject on bug section.
