Do we all go for Aboleth?
Has anyone tested them vs. Mirage?
Does it matter which tree we are?

    Yeah, Aboleth is definitely the dps set you want for m11.

    Or stick with relics.
    Or wait for MC stuff in 11b.

    Mirage seems more for pvp maybe?, dunno if it can confuse other players..

    They'll just heal up on the illusions through Lifesteal and heal on deflect.

    Grinding for new weapons makes my head hurt. I'll stay with my relic and PvP in another game.

    Well, my HR skipped mod 10, so I'm still running with twisted.
    Btw: U dont get 3 x LS/deflect due to the illusions, right?

    Not what I meant. Those Mirages hit for lolsworthy damage, and if the enemy uses a Heal on Deflect Mount Bonus, as I suspect a lot will in PvP, the Mirages will just cause that Mount Bonus to proc on your target. And that same target will be able to heal by hitting them, through their Lifesteal.

    I've had the Aboleth set now for a little over a week. It seems to perform rather well. Tainted Attack does scale when in a group it hits so far up to 11k a tick and as low as 250 dmg per tick. I've only seen Death Burst hit for a max of 8k ish for the AOE explosion.

    Exactly, Feeding your enemy back to full health. Mount bonuses needs to be turned off for PvP.

    i like mirage because they offer the best damage bonus against gf and paladins.
    more over it opens the possibility to slot aspect of the pack and get a 26% damage bonus for 10 seconds every 30 seconds.
    it also introduce the chance the enemy gf will waste a bullcharge on a copy.
    not to mention the versatile warrior pvp boon
    i have still to try them tho
    the other weapons dont offer anything worthy anyways

    Which, again, makes it good for PvP. Less so for PvE as you'd already have allies most of the time. Even solo with companion you have perma-CA + 1 ally bonus.

    I'm still thinking Aboleth wins for PvE unless you use dailies a lot, in which case Fey might win out (-1% damage but +10% AP generation).
