Feytouch bonus damage buff bug

the damage buff from feytouch gets bugged on most AOE HR powers.

examples:
cordon of arrow, thornward, rain of arrow.

the debuff on the enemy works but if you use any aoe power you dont get the buff for the following 20 seconds..

please fix it when you can
