[PC] No items from won bids and "invisible" mob

I experienced 2 problems after update, the first one was that i won 3 bids (my bid was the higher until expiration) but never got the items via mail and the second was in Caverns of Karundax, (or whatever the name is) we were unable to proceed because the game was acting like there was a mob nearby with "unable to perform this action..." messages but we all looked around and found nothing. I asked about this ingame and was told sometimes items need DAYS to appear in ur mailbox, if true this is ridiculous i dont even know if im going to still need what i bought after some days and was also told the problems to proceed just happens sometimes, i can live with that last one.

Are the answers i got ingame true? if yes im going to stop biding...
