Templock and "Outgoing Healing"

Does anyone know if outgoing healing affects Templock paragon or not? I know that boons and such that proc off "healing spells" do not work. I'm not sure if the game considers only lifesteal/lifesteal severity when calcuating Templock heals or if it also consideres outgoing healing. This will determine whether I go for the Fey or Aboleth set.

    Probably not. And with our "cursed" class they most likely did not include them. With my templock I dont think it will even matter. I have the battle field medic for healing bonus. I can't tell a difference with or without. The heals are so quick i am raising damage to raise heals and not healing bonuses.

    It does not. All of the runs I'd logged as a temptlock my total outgoing healing was total dmg dealt x (LS%/100) = total outgoing healing.
