Missing companion during epic SVA fights

Hello,
there is a bug that involves some companions during SVA fights. If you are stuck in the ice, and nobody gets you out, your companion disappears and there is no way to summon him back till the end of the fight (even if the NW interface says the companion is summoned, it's not). This happens for sure with Sellsword and Con Artist companions, I didn't experience the same problem with a Fire Archon.
This also seems to happen more often than when dying because of ice, in some occasions it seems like just dying (and being resurrected by players or soulforged enchantment) makes the companion disappear, but I can't be more precise on this.
It's obiously a problem that is mostly related to CWs that tend to dye more often than other characters during fights.
