Hunter Ranger skills bugged: Rain of Arrows, Thorn Ward, Rapid Shot/strike

Yesterday, I noticed my At-Will Rapid Strike/Shot stopped working. It would only strike once. Then my Rain of Arrows and Thorn Ward stopped working. They work in Melee stance, but not in Ranged stance. The large target circle won't appear. There might be other skills also. It seems like holding down the mouse buttons for at-wills is only giving one strike and then nothing.

I just reloaded my UI and it seems to have fixed the issue for now.
