[PC] Consistently not joining dungeon parties on public queue

For the past two days I am consistently not added to the dungeon party when using the public queue. This also results in not receiving any astral diamonds upon completion. Has anyone encountered it and can share some input on it?

Ok, so something that seemed to have worked, just in case anyone else encounters this. I joined a party outside a dungeon and had someone else queue. We entered the dungeon as a party, and after that I could once again join parties on a public queue.
