Project Scorpio, Will it help the frame-rate?

I have searched, but haven't found much information on this topic.

I really love Neverwinter on the Xbox One, but the frame-rate is just unbearable for me. I have been a PC gamer most of my life, and I just can't visually deal with the low fps anymore.

So, I'm wondering when the new Xbox Scorpio comes out, will Neverwinter get optimized to run better on the more powerful hardware?

I could be wrong but there is a windows 10 version that use the UWP and I think that is going to be the Scorpio version which is the PC version.

I can't stomach the frame rates every time I go to Protectors Enclave. Also showing us videos of this game that is NOT how the game runs.

Yeah, I had to start playing Final Fantasy XIV, it plays so smooth on the PS4, and the PC. I will definitely come back to Neverwinter if they optimize it for the new Xbox Scorpio, at the end of the year.

I think some are getting, and or, are confused on what the Scorpio project is. The research i have done said the console to be released this fall brings it up to par with some PC"s. The scorpio will have 5x the power of the day obe Xbox one with a much faster graphics card, 4k compatable and vitual reality compatible. Whatever that will mean. Im not computer savy so go look up the ram"s and tid bits yourself. I did see a graph where it was faster than even the new PlayStation being released this fall. This should take at least some of the frame rate problems away. But i'm assuming that the vast majority of these problems are not the xbox's fault but the servers we are all playing on. If you were with me around the first month of launch and remember how bad it was and how it slowly got a a good deal better you would understand that one.
