Guild donations greyed out

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
On just one of my characters, I am unable to donate to several coffers.
Guild bank items
Labor
Treasures of Tyranny
Fey Trinkets
Dark gifts

When I select the above areas the box pops up but all selections are greyed out.

I can donate to all coffers in any other alliance guild.

I can donate to all other coffers than those listed above. And my other character can donate to every bank and coffer.
This has been going on for several weeks now and just started one day. It is getting very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    That usually means the asset is already full, or so close to full that anything you donate would push it over the limit. You'll commonly see assets at 4997/5000 because there's rarely any items that only give 3 points. Assets you can usually count on being full include AD, gold, surplus, and labor.

    Nope that's not the case in my problem. Plus it greys out everything when I try to put anything in the guild bank

    Guild bank is separate issue, it has something to do with counting donations and withdrawals the same and permissions. Sometimes it clears up, sometimes it sticks around for awhile.

    Those are not the permissions needed. The alliance donation permissions from the guild menu are the ones that were requested by Kreatyve. And will also need to verify you are a member of The Fifth Element, since that is the coffer to which you are trying to donate.

    You can't donate because it's almost full. The vouchers you have exceeds the maximum limit and that is why you cannot donate them.


    For example. The maximum fey trinkets your coffer can hold is 114000. You have 113998. Space for only 2 fey trinkets. But your vouchers value is more than that.

    Not related at all with full vouchers...
    Since the begining on ps4, i can't put anything in the guild banks...
    It's a well know issue but like hundreds issues on neverwinter it will never get fixed unless it's a bug in our benefit...

    For exemple you could open twice bottle maps chests, it was fixed very fast.

    But the chest don't opening in POM, CN ect... It will never be fixed.
