Gatekeepers Empowerment/No Pity No Mercy

Hello, new warlock here with a quick question. I have been putting points in the feat gatekeepers empowerment and now have the option to get the power no pity no mercy. How do this feat and power interact with one another? Thank you!

Not a big fan of gate keepers empowerment(better feats). Mostly because im not a fan of gates of hell. I perfer Tyranical and Flames. No pity turns Hellish rebuke into a higher burst damage.

They don't really interact. Gatekeeper's Empowerment simply does what it says, and same for No Pity, No Mercy. They'll simply affect your character at the same time - you lose the DoT damage bonus from Hellish Rebuke if you have Gatekeeper's Empowerment and you slot No Pity, No Mercy.

Ideally you'll want to avoid that scenario if you want to make the most out of the feat, but arguably forcing you to consider your options is sort of the reason why the feat has two separate effects. No Pity, No Mercy not only affects the burst of your Hellish Rebuke but all your other powers, thanks to the free combat advantage.
