Im running an amd r9 280x in win7 .. That fury should be similar, but slightly better. I run the game on max just fine. I turn down a few things just to declutter my view, not to speed up fps. This leads me to software setup problems as others have suggested. ..drivers, other competing programs, etc. For example Ive found that having chrome running in the background, especially one thats been up a while can really start eating into my fps. ..not down to 10 that I know of, but its something to look at. Try loading a program like GPUz and see if your card goes idle when not playing the game.

Than how would ALL my other games be working perfectly and ONLY Neverwinter having the issue? That means it's the games fault.

Hi !
Have problem with AMD too. I have a AMD Radeon R9 390, and since i passed Direct3d11, my game crashed all 5 to 15 minutes with a DGXI error announce.
I always have an "obsolete drivers" message at the game character selection (my graphic card is at the last update). I stoped played at September and restart one month ago. Before my stop, all were fine, with the exactly same computer and configuration.
I tried reduce graphic performances, and other things i saw on french NW forum, but no one worked.
All i could find on net is that : https://community.amd.com/thread/207171

All my other games works correctly.
Someone have same issue; solutions...?

You would think they would want to fix this HAMSTER. That link you posted is almost 6 MONTHS OLD! and the issue persists.

If they do not care to fix their game, i do not care to spend money on it. Simple as that.

GOOD JOB DEVS!

I am having the same issue. I wanted to try this mmo because its neverwinter and proper d&d stuff. This is the devs fault not my systems fault. Unless they fix the issue I'll just take my business elsewhere. I shouldn't have to deal with this and if its 6 HAMSTER months old it should have been fixed already. It's disgusting that they can let an issue like this persist for this long.

Going to download it again on Steam and then run the game using Intel graphics 530, just to see if it works.

FIX THE DAMN GAME!

Since October, i and many more, cannot play this game because of an AMD GPU bug.

My rig:

Windows 10
R9 Fury
i5 6600
16gb ddr4 ram

i run @1080p and get around 10 fps on LOW......LOW!!!!!!!!

EVERY other of my 500+ games on steam work perfectly fine EXCEPT Neverwinter, which means it is YOUR problem. i am a fat person with no social life, which means i give f2p games money...but sadly not for you i guess.

Not my job to fix their game.

if i had smart ideas to solve the problem...i probably would not be posting a thread, now would it.

But as stated above, it is not MY responsibility to fix their issues that have gone unfixed for going on 7 months.

Typical f2p HAMSTER.

it would be nice if this issue could be FIXED! Since it has been since OCTOBER 2016 (6 months ago) and nothing. i can run the game better using my intel HD graphics 530 than i can on my 550$ Graphics card.

The GPU works AMAZING on ALL other games EXCEPT Neverwinter..and yes, my fuc%ing drivers are up to date.

Yes i am pissed off, i have ignorance and the Neverwinter devs are rolling in it.

Ignore the problems and just blame AMD...good job NotsoPerfect World.

r9 Fury here. Same issue, complains drivers aren't the latest. Additionally I see some flickering when game is starting, screen tearing during game, and performance is, to put it nicely, not what it ought to be on a card that should eat this game for breakfast.
Already updated to latest drivers of course. All other games run buttery-smooth.

The safe mode seems work in my case, no crash since i use it.
But graphics are really ugly, with a good graph card it's too bad :'(.

Been getting this for ages now. I just click on use default settings, tick the box so it doesnt warn you for another month then no problems. Just get the text warning about the issue in the bottom left corner that goes away once the game starts. The games just not detecting the drivers properly and gives a false warning. Maybe AMD changed the install folders slightly something like that. Should be an easy fix i'm suprised its taking so long to fix.
