Saturday 3/11/17 and Sunday 3/12/17 server not responding at these times.

Each time I close app. Check my connection and log back in just to get the same message. I am not losing internet connection from Sony. What gives?

AND, my clan mate who I was grouped with couldn't move their toon. When their character did move it was on its own when they wasn't touching the controller. Not sure what's happening.
