1. I want to have the option to make Dragonborn and Metallic Dragonborn race characters as thin as humans and elves (head, body, arms and legs, the whole body). Currently, the Dragonborn races look like raccoons on steroids. None of the outfits look good on them. As far as I know, only Dragonborn "fashion helmets" will appear on Dragonborns. Any other type of helmet is invisible. Even if there are helmets that do show they will look hideous.
2. Level 60+ characters should have the option to change their class AT LEAST once every 30 days (via the cash shop). I'm tired of being a Cleric. My base power is over 45K. Also, the way that I play I would be better off as a DPS class. Since I cannot transfer mounts and companions from my current character to another character there is no reason for me to create more than one character.
Oh I don't know about that,, DDO did something like that,, they called it reserrection,,, basicly a complete respec of your character including, class, race, everything... you got to keep your gear, etc but there were a few catches. . Your gear might not be compatible with your new race and/or class (yes there were actual race restrictions in DDO,, for instance a halfling or gnome could not use great weapons) so you might have to go out and buy ALL new gear,,, the cost of the token itself (a heart of wood) was extremely high,, essentially the cost or more of our lvl 70 pre-mades

Mimicking specifically commented on alternate appearances for Dragonborn in the last dev stream. It's exactly as @xxxhansolxxx said, the artwork has to be approved by Wizards of the Coast and be consistent with the rest of D&D.
I wouldn't mind seeing the option, using Zen or AD, to create characters that are of exceptional height/size for their race. I'd also like to see a height measurement (standard/metric) on the character creation page. As a DM, I've always liked allowing players to create characters with something unique, be it a physical or personality trait and in my opinion, it adds greatly to the visual diversity of the setting.

Noone should ever be allowed to change one character into an equally powered character of another class, even with real money. That is just asking for people to not know how to play.

One thing I would like to see is that dragonborn race has the option to be infused. Basically, you unlock your dragonborn race but instead of being a darn ugly lizard you are for example a human with dragon blood which then also gives you the bonus of both races.

Unless WoTC make that decision, it'll never happen.

Minsc is human, yet taller than dragonborn. I want that as well for my human tank. Or maybe Cryptic can finally add the Goliath

You can build a character without knowing how to play already.
I have a few level 70 characters with enough overflow PP. Got gear/enchantment/weapon/artifacts from his brothers. These level 70 characters did not do any quest after reaching level 4. So, what he does not have is boon. If I am willing to pay (I am not), he can "finish" a few campaigns with their boons.

2. Not likely to happen, its far more profitable for them to have you gear up two characters than allowing you to "recycle" it.
