Unable to redeem code - please try again later

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
Got an email "return to Neverwinter and take back the city" with a code that's supposed to level me to 70.

When I try to redeem it I get:

Unable to redeem code. Please try again later

So.. how much later? The code expires in May, will I be able to redeem it by then?

    Are you trying to redeem it in the Arc Client or on the website?
