Can't get underdark campaign to unlock

I can't seem to get the underdark campaign to unlock for me. I've already did the things it lists for me to do and have enough of the Faerzress needed to start Process Faerzress. Does anybody know how to unlock it? Or do I have to complete the maze engine first?

    You talked to Captain Belgold in PE and completed all chapters of "The Dwarven King"?

    Sorry to hijack i cant make a thread. I think my elemental evil campaign is broken i have 4 out of 5 of the items to complete a quest but have stopped getting quests for the campaign items. Its not in my journal and i checked all the npc
