Blood Pact

So I was going to race re-roll and I was wondering about the blood pact feat.....so it says increased bonus damage Con gives you by 1,2,3,4,5%.....so how does that work?....if I have 13% bonus damage from con now, and put 5 points into Blood Pact, will that give me 18%, or will it add 5% of 13, equaling about 0.65%???

It will, all in all 5/5 into bloodpact is a 5% damageincrease like 100 damage without and 105 damage with 5/5 points.
3/3 into devasting critical is a 7,5% dps boost for a 100% critbuild at 100% critseverity.
So it is worthy to take those points, like Leroy did in his build.
