Refining Special Event Artifacts

So this may have been answered before but why can't I refine Special Event Artifacts (examples Beacon of Simril or Illusionist's Mask) and class rewards (Sigil of Hunter and Heart of the Red Dragon) into other Artifacts? Currently they're taking up space and I can't sell them for gold nor for AD but I really wanna use them to level up the better ones I've received.

Event and class artifacts are not allowed to be fed into others (according to others) because you could/can get multiples for little to no cost and would have an endless supply of feeders. You're only option is to delete them if you don't intend to use them.

I dont see why you cant use a sigil artifact as a feeder once the artifact hits r100 or r140 like how that "Always Double Refinement" pops up on artifact weapons once they are r15 or higher. Is that not possible or something? Now your special event artifacts are amazing generally at just 1 of 2 things, its actual power you use or its stats are great for your build. Most people think they are worthless due to their inability to be used as a feeder and some are a loong grind to achieve.. They are all worth it IMO!

From what I have seen on many builds the Sigil of the Devoted is almost always BiS for most builds. In fact all three of my characters use the DC Sigil as its main. All three also use the Sigil of the controller for its Power and Crit Stats. If I had Sigil for the GWF I would be using it on my DC and GF.

I find the Sigils have some really nice stats. As for other artifacts that you get from special events, they should allow you to refine them into other artifacts.
