archon and mount bonus bugged?

I thought I remembered reading that the air archon was bugged with a popular mount bonus but now I can't find it again? anyone know which it was? I wasn't near my computer when I was reading it so I couldn't check and see if it was one of the ones I was using. I think it might have been protectors friendship. now I'm wondering if I was dreaming it? I wanted to come back and check on it and act on it while I was in character maintenance mode.
