in The Nine Hells
I was just wondering how you guys are dealing with the lack of armor penetration on the new gear. I'm going to lose about 2.5k once I get it all restored and vivified. I'll fortify with arm pen and get 800, already upgraded a few insignias to epic. What other suggestions would you guys make? Mount?

    I won an epic Axebeak out of CN so I'm using that +2000 arp. That said, I don't have a +power mount. It's hard to say what best best way to make up for it is. Artifacts help as well.

    Consider putting a piece of gear on your companion that grants armor pen too. You might lose a little power but if your arp isn't there then it's still your greatest dps yielder
