Not Getting the Weekly Ritual in the River District

The weekly quest "Weekly Ritual" doesn't unlock for me although it should.

I did the story quest "Defeating Nostura", which in my understanding should lead to the "Weekly Ritual". I'm able to get Portal Stones from the campaign tasks and can enter the Fey Castle, but Kavatos doesn't have the weekly quest for me. It seems to work for others that chose the Gyrion path.​​

I unlocked Gyrion and am seeing the same thing. Have done the Behind the Mask quest a number of times using portal stones from the Ritual task but still no weekly quest from Kavatos.

I have the opposite problem: I can't get Duvessa to give me Defending the Dale anymore. Consequently, I can't take ANY of the daily quests in BS/LW/CR. Submitted a ticket.

I have the problem described by you, but with Kabal. I finished the "Confront Kabal" task successfully. That used 120 EoE and 56 Abandoned Treasures. But "Confront Kabal" was NOT marked as completed. This task shows: Missing Requirements (of course, I don't have 120 EoE in my inventory at this moment). Kavatos did NOT give me the weekly task. Nevertheless I can play the "Trial of Fire and Iron" using the portal stones and get the rewards.
