Heroes of Neverwinter,
No Pity No Mercy is looking for new family members to join the alliance. We seek to foster a sense of community, where like-minded people can meet, play and learn in a welcoming environment, away from the stress and incessant noise of LFG.
We firmly believe that together we can grow stronger, at a faster and more efficient pace. All our members will be able to develop their characters properly, as well as clear the end-game content, which we know can be tough to deal with in a PuG. There is no need for you to struggle alone, the journey may be rough, but we will get there together.
The alliance is growing, and we have a spot for you if you believe in community growth.
While we believe trust is earned, we also know it means nothing, unless you give people the opportunity to earn it. As such, our hierarchy is more organic, round table, rather than a top down rule. As the Helm, we will provide support/help when and if necessary, and we expect the same of our Swords and Gauntlets towards everyone in the alliance (guilds and members alike).
Daily runs of all dungeons will be held to ensure that all of our members, new and old, can have access to what Neverwinter has to offer. Dragonflight for the gear and vouchers, Epic dungeons, m/Demo, FBI, Svardborg (both normal and master) are all on the menu, especially after this x2 RP event, when more members will have access to the higher content.
Do you want to grow your guild? Do you wish to be a part of a family? A community of people instead of numbers? A place where you can get the most entertainment out of the game? An alliance that understands that Real Life takes precedence, and can help fill in the gap? Where Fun and Progress do not clash?

Individuals Seeking a Guild:
Our membership is growing fast, but we still have a few spots open. We understand that Real Life is more important than a game, and the following criteria is more common sense than strict laws. However, we do expect our members to be:
- Active: we don't expect you to be online 24/7, but we do expect to see you.
- Participating: While we have not set a minimum donation amount, we at least need you to work on the influence, and help us grow. The more we all donate, the higher the boons, and the benefits to you.
- Respectful: You don't have to like everyone, but we do expect our members to respect each other, and everyone in the alliance.
- Helpful: where and when possible, provide support. As mentioned above, we grow stronger together, and we are only as strong as our weakest link. By helping each other, we get to enjoy more of what the game has to offer.
Classes:Currently, we are mainly looking for DC's and Tanks (2.8K and above), and PvP players, all with a decent understanding of their class and role.
Some exceptions may be made for DPS classes on a case by case basis. (min 3.6K iLvl)
