How to disable ARC?

I am not that computer literate and I have an issue I hope someone can help me with. I have my shift key on my keyboard set up for one of my class abilities. The problem started a week ago. Now, when I hold shift for that ability, it drops me out of Neverwinter and switches to a window of "Arc Beta." Does anyone know how to disable ARC?

I tried to go offline with ARC and to shut it down but, it wont let me go offline because Neverwinter is running and I cant find a setting in ARC to stop the shift key opening its window.

    It's more of a combination of Shift + Tab that is opening the window. You can change these keybinds by opening Arc, clicking on the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner, click on "In-Game" and then the box that says "Shift+Tab" click on that and then pick a combination of buttons that you never press together while in game, such as Ctrl+PgDn or something similar.
