The loot in every trial, dungeon and skirmish is the same as the before the key change. We are grinding out a new weapon set, for what? To get the same token RP and salvage we get now. We really need loot worth our time and worth the price of keys. I am losing interest in running anything at all.

I think the ONE thing that would be NICE to potentially earn in game even if BOUND TO ACCOUNT at first then later to CHARACTER would be LOYAL COMPANION GEAR. There seems to be a lot of resistance to that finding a RETURN back into the game and while the Stronghold Companion gear that drop's is OK often you can still CRAFT Personalized Gear at a bit of a cost that's better with two enchantments.
Still I THINK the often one area that would be good to earn even if on the very Rare occasion is EPIC LOYAL Companion Gear to round out the offering for our most loyal and trusted companions even if exclusive to 2500+ dungeon's.
Basically rare loot is so incredibly rare that any increase they make will be unobservable by an individual in a month. I've been playing steadily now for about 6 months and have yet to see a single +5 ring of any kind despite hundreds and hundreds of gold runs in Throne, etc. So if I play for 3 months and don't see any that won't tell me if the rate has improved. I'd have to play for several years and compare the drop rates to notice a change. So Cryptic can claim just about anything they want on what the drop rates are and we won't be able to challenge them on it.
They should give us options of what we want from chest.

You can get something interesting occasionally , but the overall cost of the risk (RNG) is too high at the point that you don't feel rewarded.
On the other hand I suspect that there are thousands dungeons keys around from vip that are in the inventory of each player and the funny thing is that I didn't consume them before when I could decline, I don't consume them today because my expected level of reward is too low. So I had 400 keys before as I have 400 keys today.
My personal statistics say that I get "something" one dungeon out of ~15 and most of the time the value of the items is very low or I don't know what to do with them. As a first step I would delete the BoA attribute from all the loots: at least I can sell the items if I don't need it.
I found 3 BoA augement companions: the first went to one of my alts but two are in my bank unused and it's likely that I have to discard them.

So an easier dungeon drops more useful items(if you are a starting player looking for purple armor) and harder dungeons drop trash? Why would a top geared character run anything in this game? What happened to completing a dungeon and actually getting something nice and unique to that dungeon at the end? Adventuring is going in not knowing what to expect not going in with a dozen different keys and still getting a blue quality item.
C'mon darn it, Im playing a 4k toon and the best thing I can think of while in game is what other game to download and play instead.
they increased the loot chance the first days after the key change so we feel better, and now the rewards are like before but with a paywall. Like we dont notice this. New skimirsh is the same, 10 runs, 10 +1 rings.
Some day they will notice that giving players rewards for the time invested is a good thing. Maybe will be so late.

STO did have successful concept on reward list after you completed a mission, you pick one of multiple items and rest are random loots and they added "weekly" prize update to pick any new console devices.
also good idea for using the profession crafters to make upgrades.
i never like that "RNG" formula. it bad for most players getting shafted and few get them almost all the time, it almost like we do get "Wi-Flagged" on accounts. most of us want that RNG perma retire from dungeon runs and craftings, it belong to lockboxes only and they decide to become greedy by putting RNG on everything plus "paywall progression".
i dont like playing Casino, i want my RPG back.
If I spend money, there should be a higher chance...PERIOD! Stop HAMSTERING WITH US!
