[PC] Huge weird problem since the last update

Hopefully i can get some assistence, sin the last update a couple of days ago, i have been getting in a weird problem, when i try to run the game it got stuck either at the Cryptic screen when start to load and then stops there and do nothing, or when it's trying to load the materials, the weird part it's that it only happens at night, in the afternoon i have been able to play after i force a check of the files, but atnight i have no luck, i have updated my card drivers but the problem remains.

I have an Quadro k600 and my timezone it's Mexico, central, hope somebody can tell me how to fix this.

If this is still happening, in the launcher options add "-console" to the commandline. When the game starts up and appears stuck, alt-tab to the console window (it'll look like an old black DOS text window with lots of lines of text telling what the game is doing). I'd like the last 20 or so lines of that window. Either get it as a screenshot and send me the image, or send it as text.
For screenshot: Alt-PrintScreen key, paste into MS paint or your favorite image editor. Send that image or a link to it on your favorite image-sharing site in a direct message to me.
For text: right-click the console window, choose "Edit", drag a selection around the last few lines, hit "Enter" to copy it, paste into a direct message to me.

Hi, set "Safe mode" in the config.
After the game starts, you can set the graphics, it worked for me.
Aftre starting the game in safe mode for several days, it starts to work with normal config. :
