[PC]River Disctrict Disappeared from Map

Hi, i' ve an huge problem, can't access the river district anymore, is not visulized in my map.
The firt day i've runned all the avaible quest up to charapter 5 ( only 1 quest left, plus the 3 main quest ), then teleported to the enclave map.

In the last two days i've not continued the new quest and tried to find an object dropped from a skirmish, so dont know when happened.

I was able to see the 3 main quest Defeat Kabal/Nostura/Gyrion, can see the store from the campaign tab, but if i try to travel to river district i can't, is not in the main map.

Tryed to abadon the quest, and take them another time from lord Neveremeber, but nothing change, he give me the possibility to replay up to charapter 4, but even if i done another time he dont give acces to the charapter 5, it's in gray like is still active.

I Can't progress!

Of course i've made a check of all the file from the client

After over 45 days, reintalled the game, contacted the support different time, opened 5 different tiket, still no answet by the dev. I'm the only one that have this problem? Still not able to play the last module for a stupid bug! The River District map has disappeared on my main map, i can't access the area, can't do daily, can't continue the progression of my toon, can't do the new weapon, can't unlock the new boons. In the last tiket you sayd that someone will contact me, when? I've asked for a rollback of my toons too, hoping that restarting everything from the charapter 1 will resolve the problem, but no one has never replied to my tiket, what i must do for continue the progression of my toon?

River District area NOT present in the map! Replayed over 4 times charapter 1/2/3/4 ( from Lord Neverember you can reply the precedent quest ), impossible play the charpter 5 because for Lord Neverember ( i've already showed to them in a screenshot ) is still active and is not selectable ( yes, i've tryed to drop the ACTIVE quest of charapter 5 hoping that Lord Neveremeber will give the possibility to reply the charapter 5 praying that doing in that way the river district area will reappear, but nothing... )

What i must do for having the possibility to play , unlock the boon, get the new weapon, and continue the progression of my toon?
