Looking for Consolidated List of Skills/Powers/Damage Mechanics Affected by Aura of Courage

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking to see if there is a list somewhere on what skills/power/ sources of damage.... that can benefit from Aura of Courage.

I'm sure all actively triggered skills At-Will, Encounter, Daily Powers trigger AoC.

What I'm less sure about is proc'ed damage... like Steel Blitz, Lostmaunth set, Burning Guidance, etc...

Or dots... is it first tick.. or each tick.. etc... also do muti-proc Weapon Enchants Proc it? Lightning, Bile, etc..

I made a significant effort to search for any reported testing, but wasn't able to locate the information.
