[PC] Cloaked Ascendancy Issue

Since the unveiling of this Mod, I started having slow load, and very frequent DC issues.

There were no apps running (task manager), but I found many Background Processes still running, even a GameClient (with sound remaining audible). I ended all these tasks, relogged, and my speed had returned..... perhaps others are having this issue as well.....

I'm not sure if this connects to your issue but I can't start up neverwinter I keep getting an invalid username or password but I'm using the same password and username as I have before.
