Any way to get a zen refund?

I accidentally bought the wrong VIP. I wanted 1 month instead of 3. Anyone know if there's a way to get a refund of zen?

    This is a question for Customer Support. You would need to file a ticket and ask them. As only they can accurately answer this question, I have closed this thread.
