Oathbound Paladin's Bond of Virtue bug

Hello,
There currently is a bug with the Devotion Paragon Oathbound Paladin's 'Bond of Virtue'.
When you have 'Bond of Virtue' on, the Divine Call energy slowly drains. It seems to be a combination of that and having allies within the BoV range.
This was clearly noticeable when I was in one of my alliance's Strongholds the other night getting ready for Tiamat run.
I was sitting on my mount, out of range of everyone and saw no drain. I then moved closer to the rest of the group, and started noticing the Divine Call energy going up and down. No one was in combat, and I was standing still, sitting on my mount. Same thing occurred when I got off my mount.
I tried looking at the 'Log' but didn't notice anything unusal that would cause the energy bar to slowly drain.
I believe the drain has to be caused by some sort of combination between my Bond Of Virtue and other abilities, feats, and/or Boons of people that were around me, because as I said, I saw no drain when no one was around me.
