Character bugged - aggroing lower-level mobs

Started a couple days ago. My level 70 guardian fighter was leaving the cultist area in Neverdeath Graveyard (where it forces your level to 30) and it seems like even though it's showing that she was fighting at level 70, she continues to aggro mobs like they're still seeing her as 30.

This continues even in other areas besides Neverdeath Graveyard.

Do you have a companion with damaging aura? Or one that is low level? I used to get that too, but haven't since I got better companions.

My summoned companion is the minstrel. He's maxed out at 25.

My character is aggroing mobs wherever she goes. Went to Blacklake District and she's aggroing mobs there, too.
