I have read one guide that helped me with my feats and attacks, but I am now concerned that my ratings may not be balanced. I have
Power 12992
Critical strike 10770
Armor penetration 2761
Recovery 3624
I have read one guide (undated) that claims a TR should have Amor Penetration > Critical > Power > Recovery, which would mean I need to rebalance. I have some choices coming up as I black ice my gear, so I need some guidance.
