Scourge warlock shadow slip glitch.

When performing the shadow slip, the stamina bar goes down. At time you'll hit the stamina button again to stop the slip before you hit empty but the bar still hits empty. This brings up the message saying unable to perform without stamina or something of the sort. Thinking okay I'm going to walk close to this deadly spot over here but not in or on it, shadow slip then retriggers, after you gain just enough stamina, even though you didn't push the button again. This results in a lot of deaths and not just your but of your team as they attempt to pick you up.
Another thing that glitches out is sometimes when you die while shadow slipping, you tend to revive slipping or without stamina and now you evasive move is now gone unless you defeat yourself adding yet another unnecessary injury. This happens at the bosses always for me. LOL scorpions especially.
