problem with server

hi i play on dragon server since 2014 r my problem is = my friend instal in february 2017 neverwinter he match dragon server (not russia)
we try to meet near knox in protector enclave. he was near knox i was in the same place but we can't see together. he try use my acc pass on his pc and he said the neverwinter need some kind of code. could any one know what should i doo with this problem??

    You are probably on a different instance than him. Every map in Neverwinter has several instances. You can change instances after being on a map for 2 minutes. You can find out what instance you are on and change instances by clicking on the blue rune by the mini-map.
