XBOX One Issue with being able to access the zen marketplace and purchase zen

When selecting the amount of zen to purchase, the xbox seems like it is attempting to load the payment screen, but never does. It cuts back to the menu where you can select the amount of zen you wish to purchase. Any Idea as to how I can fix this? Emailing support at this time as well to look for a solution.

    I am having the same issue on my xbox too.

    I had the same issue. I had to delete my profile from my xbox and re-download it. Contact xbox support and they will walk you through it. It an xbox issue not a NW issue.
