Special Quests arrow (for Sharandar) won't go away

After more than a year after first ticketing the issue, and almost a year and a half since the problem, there is still a glowing special quests arrow that can't be gotten rid of for my cleric.
When going to the special quests arrow (that shows up for the special quest and is also next to the invocation icon on the main screen) the "notice" is for starting the Sharandar campaign. That is long since finished, and upon opening the item, the only choice is to say goodbye. It is still there after you say goodbye. It can be said goodbye to or reopened as often as wanted, and it's still there. It can't be okayed or changed, there is no other choice than to say goodbye, which does nothing except go back to the item to open it.
So some 16 months or more later, there is still a special quest that isn't a quest or special, that can't be done again, that isn't active or reachable, and that has a notice about it that gives you no operation choices and can't be dismissed.
